Walk-ins Welcome
We accept walk-in clients throughout our operating hours, subject to availability. Wait times vary depending on the day and time of your visit. Saturdays tend to be busiest, while mid-week afternoons typically have shorter waits.

For guaranteed service at your preferred time, we recommend booking in advance. Submit an appointment request through our website, and we will confirm your slot within one business day. Email confirmations include all relevant details.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment. This courtesy allows us to offer the time slot to another client. Repeated no-shows may result in requiring a deposit for future bookings.

Directions & Parking
By Transit
We are a short walk from St. Andrew subway station on the University line. Several streetcar routes also stop within two blocks of our location. Check the TTC website for current schedules and route information.
By Car
Street parking is available on Wellington Street and surrounding side streets. Metered parking typically has a two-hour limit during business hours. Several paid parking lots are located within a five-minute walk for longer visits.

Our shop is located at street level with step-free access through the main entrance. The interior accommodates mobility devices, and our barber stations can be adjusted for accessibility needs. Please let us know in advance if you require any specific accommodations.
