Common Downpour opened its doors in 2018 with a straightforward mission: provide exceptional grooming services in an environment that feels like home. What started as a two-chair operation has grown into a cornerstone of the neighbourhood, serving hundreds of loyal patrons each month.
Our founder, after working in various salons across Ontario, recognized a gap in the market for a barbershop that combined technical skill with genuine hospitality. Too many places rushed through appointments or treated haircuts as mere transactions. We set out to change that perception.
